Care Team

The Care Team is a group of CCB members who give of their time and experience to help others in times of need.

This includes visitation of the:

- Sick

- Elderly

- Lonely

- Bereaved

We offer assistance with the following:

- Meals

- Shopping

- Transport to attend medical appointments

- Transport to visit loved ones in hospital

There is also a counselling service for those who may require this assistance.
